Effective Date: 04/01/2024
RoboApply LLC offers a 90-day refund policy for our paid subscription plans. If you are not fully satisfied with the Service, you may request a 50% refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Usage Requirement: You must have actively used the Service for at least 90 days from the date of your subscription.
- Proof of Usage: You must provide evidence of engaging with the platform by applying to at least 450 job applications using RoboApply.
- Request within 90 Days: Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days from your initial subscription payment.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact RoboApply LLC customer support at info@robo-apply.com. Your request must include:
- Your account details.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Proof of usage, such as screenshots or activity logs showing engagement with the platform.
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is received and approved, RoboApply LLC will process a 50% refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Upon refund approval, your account will be deactivated and access to the service will be revoked.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Any charges not directly related to the subscription (e.g., taxes, third-party fees, or features outside the plan) are non-refundable.
5. Restrictions
- Refunds are only available for the first subscription payment within the first 90 days of use.
- Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable.
6. Abuse of Refund System
RoboApply LLC takes the integrity of its refund policy seriously. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if we determine that the request constitutes an abuse of the refund system. The following activities will be considered abuse:
- Frequent Refund Requests: Users who request multiple refunds within short periods or who have a history of repeatedly requesting refunds may be flagged. Requests for refunds more than twice within a 12-month period may be considered abuse.
- False or Misleading Claims: Any attempt to falsely claim dissatisfaction with the Service, including fabricating or manipulating proof of usage, will result in a denial of the refund request.
- Systematic Exploitation: Users who engage with the Service briefly to gain benefits (e.g., applying to multiple jobs or downloading resumes) and then request a refund to avoid the subscription fee will be considered as exploiting the refund policy. Such requests will be denied.
- Multiple Account Abuse: Users who create multiple accounts to abuse the refund process or repeatedly cancel and resubscribe to the Service for financial gain will be restricted from requesting further refunds.
- Chargeback Abuse: If a user requests a chargeback through their payment provider after receiving the Service, RoboApply LLC will deny the refund and may take action to block the user from future service usage.
7. Monitoring and Prevention
RoboApply LLC may monitor usage patterns to detect potential abuse of the refund system. If patterns of misuse are identified, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Refund Denial: Future refund requests may be denied for users found to be abusing the policy.
- Account Suspension: Users engaging in abuse may have their account suspended or terminated, and their access to the Service may be permanently revoked.
- Legal Action: In cases of significant or fraudulent abuse, RoboApply LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect the integrity of our Service.
8. Discretionary Refunds
Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of RoboApply LLC. In cases where usage is questionable, or the refund request does not meet the above criteria, we may decide not to issue a refund.
